Cockeye Creamery Makes the 2025 Ohio Ice Cream Trail—And Warren’s West Side Is Beaming

To be included on the Ohio Ice Cream Trail again is such a special nod — not just to the quality of our frozen desserts, but to the community that supports our business and the families that have made us part of their memories.

We’ve got some sweet news to share—Cockeye Creamery has officially landed a spot on the 2025 Ohio Ice Cream Trail, and the word is out. We’ve been featured in not one, not two, but three stories celebrating the scoop scene in our state:

📍 Tribune Chronicle – “Valley earns licks on Ohio Ice Cream Trail”
📍 WFMJ – “2025 Ohio Ice Cream Trail Featuring Several Mahoning Valley Locations”
📍 WKBN – “Ohio’s Ice Cream Trail Features 5 Local Favorites”

It means a lot to be recognized on a list that highlights some of the best and most creative creameries across Ohio—but it means even more to us that we’re doing it from the West Side of Warren. This is our home, and everything we do at Cockeye Creamery—every batch we churn, every swirl and crunch we fold in—is rooted in a deep love for this community.

We’re proud to be one of five Mahoning Valley spots featured on this year’s trail, and even prouder that our super-premium ice creams are made with intention. We don’t cut corners. We dream big… and we always try to serve flavors that feel like they belong right here—whether it’s a scoop of our signature Buttermilk Pie, a swirl of Pupper Butter Jam (supporting The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project), or a cosmic taste of Andromeda.

If you’re chasing cones this summer, we’d love to be one of your stops. We’re easy to find, impossible to forget, and always scooping something good.
